Walter Crouch, 69, of Snover passed away Saturday night, November 29, in
Pleasant Home Hospital following a short illness. Walter Crouch was born
October 16, 1872, in Ontario, and has lived in Snover the last 4 1/2 years,
moving there from Elkton. The remains were at the Munro Funeral Home
until Monday afternoon when they were taken to the Crouch home in
Snover. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p. m. Tuesday in the Latter
Day Saints Church in Marlette. The Rev. Willard Parks of Sandusky
officiated. Burial was in Marlette Cemetery. Mr. Crouch is survived by
his widow, Mrs. Minnie Crouch; a son, Nile Eldon Crouch, Marlette; two
sisters, Mrs. William Schroder of Rochester, Michigan, and Mrs. Jack
Quick of Sebewaing; and two brothers, M. E. Crouch of Detroit and John
Crouch of Lake Orion.
